What’s the best piece of career advice ever given to you?
"Work like you already have the position you want." For me, this means to always put yourself in the shoes that you want to be in. Observe it, step out of your comfort zone and be the best #girlboss that you can be. You learn so much about yourself, your capabilities and the position, that you ultimately want to be in. When you have that mindset, you in a way, are manifesting your dream role.
How do you define success?
Happiness. Having the ability and flexibility to focus on both professional and personal goals and hobbies that bring you joy. Being able to grow to be your best self.
Do you have a quote, song or person that inspires you?
“Surround yourself with people that deserve your magic.”
Quality over quantity. It's important to surround yourself with people that motivate us, inspire us, lift us up and have a good attitude. I have let go of many relationships over the past few years that do not bring the “high vibe” energy that I now require in my relationships and life. It is extremely rewarding.

In moments of self-doubt, how do you build yourself back up?
The biggest remedy for self-doubt is self-love. Being hard on yourself doesn’t make anything better. Sometimes I will meditate, workout or read. I do things that make me feel good and motivate me.
What’s your favorite thing about living or working in Philly?
Living in Philly is the best! It is constantly evolving and has so much to offer- from art and history, to the different neighborhoods and restaurants - I am always inspired by the creativity here. It is one of a kind.
